Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Hijabi Stylist. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship nationwide across New Zealand.

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

• Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

 

All parcels are sent with tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

• Delivery time: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on destination)

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

• Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs processing in your country.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. The Hijabi Stylist is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

 

If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Returns Policy

At The Hijabi Stylist, we take pride in providing high-quality modest fashion pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Undercaps

• Accessories

• Jewellery

• Halal Nail Polish

Unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be issued as a store credit or original payment method (you can choose which suits your business best).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

In-Store Purchases

• In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days.

• No refunds for change of mind.
