Hijab Masterclass Terms & Conditions
The Hijab Masterclass is a space created for women to learn, connect, and feel empowered in their hijab journey. We ask all attendees to help us maintain a welcoming and respectful environment. By purchasing a ticket to The Hijabi Stylist’s Hijab Masterclass, you agree to the following:
1. Ticket Purchase

Tickets must be purchased in advance to attend the Hijab Masterclass.

Your ticket secures your place at the event and is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by The Hijabi Stylist.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of places available, all ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we may be able to assist depending on circumstances.

The Hijabi Stylist reserves the right to make changes to the event details, including timing, venue, or speakers, if required.
3. Event Participation

Attendees are expected to respect the event space, facilitators, speakers, sponsors, and other attendees.

The Hijab Masterclass is designed as a welcoming and inclusive environment for women to learn, connect, and grow.

Attendees are encouraged to participate and engage respectfully throughout the session.
4. Code of Conduct

Treat all attendees, speakers, facilitators, sponsors, and team members with kindness, respect, and consideration.

Create a supportive environment where women of all backgrounds and hijab journeys feel comfortable and valued.

Respect different experiences, opinions, and levels of hijab practice.

Participate in discussions and activities with an open mind and positive attitude.

Avoid any behaviour, language, or actions that may make others feel uncomfortable, excluded, or unsafe.

Respect the privacy of other attendees, including their personal stories and experiences shared during the event

The Hijabi Stylist reserves the right to address any behaviour that does not align with these values and, if necessary, remove individuals from the event to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
5. Photography & Content

Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional and social media purposes.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photos or videos.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event team upon arrival.
6. Personal Advice & Guidance

Any styling, hair care, colour, or hijab recommendations provided during the masterclass are for educational purposes only.

Personal results may vary depending on individual preferences, hair type, face shape, and styling needs.
7. Goodie Bags & Included Items

Goodie bag contents are subject to availability and may vary.

Items included are provided as part of the event experience and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
8. Liability

The Hijabi Stylist is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the event, except where required by law.

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event.
8. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
